An initial Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation with Adele will last around 60 minutes. In-depth questions will be asked in order to establish the causative factors of the imbalance. A tongue analysis will also be done and wherever possible (when face-to-face) a pulse diagnosis will be made. Upon evaluation of the patient’s combined information, a treatment plan will be given including changes to diet, a tailor-made Ayurvedic Food Chart to follow, and Ayurvedic herbal remedies , concoctions etc. wherever necessary.

60 minute Ayurvedic Initial Nutrition Consultation – £75.00

Follow-up Ayurvedic Nutrition Consultations with Adele will last around 30 minutes. Patient’s progress will be tracked and monitored every fortnight. Necessary changes to diet and lifestyle will be given along with additional Ayurvedic remedies where necessary.

Pinda Sweda Marma Massage (Currently Unavailable)

Lasting approximately 120 minutes, including a short consultation and full body marma Ayurvedic massage, complete with steamed, warm rice bundles containing natural herbs, Ayurvedic head and face massage. These steamed rice bundles will help to detox your body through the skin. This treatment is particularly beneficial for those looking for a detox or patients suffering from back pain, sciatica, rheumatism arthritis or skin disorders.
