What else do I need to know?

For massage patients, ensure that you do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours prior to your Ayurvedic massage treatment.  A massage on a full stomach can make you feel tired and nauseous. Likewise, if your stomach is empty you may feel light-headed and dizzy. So eat a small, light meal around two hours before.

If you have booked an Ayurvedic head and face massage, please take note that oils will be used on your head and Ayurvedic herbal cream on your face. Oil left in your hair overnight will increase the benefits to both your scalp and hair.

For a full body massage you will be asked to wear only your underwear.  We have disposable underwear available or if you prefer to wear your own then please feel free to wear a pair that you don't mind getting oily.
