Adele Sturgess is the Owner, Director and Ayurvedic Practitioner of Secret of Ayurveda
PGCE (MA.), MA., BSc. Hons.
She is a qualified, certified and practising Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic massage therapist. She has attained both Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma’s in Ayurvedic Nutrition, Lifestyle and Consultations at the Ayurveda Institute U.K. passing both with ‘Distinction’.
Her studies included the learning of Sanskrit, interpretation of ancient Ayurvedic texts, as well as hands-on analysis and case study diagnosis of real-time patients. Both her intuitive and compassionate healing treatments are something that she takes very seriously. Adele hopes to pave the way, allowing others to discover the secret healing qualities of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda truly is a secret here in the Cardiff and in the U.K. so we believe that secrets should be shared. We feel that good health can be restored by implementing a simple Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Adele offers Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Ayurvedic Nutrition consultations that can alleviate a range of health issues. These specifically include a variety of female disorders (including infertility, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, menopause and hormonal imbalances. She has also successfully treated post-natal depletion following the period after having a baby.
She also specialises in female disorders (infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, menopause), weight gain and loss, digestive complaints, arthritis, and skin disorders. Adele has a wealth of knowledge and expertise to offer, providing people with successful outcomes in the most gentlest way (please read our Testimonials for more information).
Ayurvedic marma massage is also available and is very popular! Our short consultations prior to massage, aims to find out how we can personalise your treatment for your specific needs. We also provide you with Ayurvedic health tips that provide useful health and lifestyle advice for longevity and optimal balance.
Please note that according to the teachings of Ayurveda, same-sex patients only will be considered for massage treatment (therefore female only patients will be considered as the therapist is female).
