As part of the Ayurvedic consultation process, the first stage will look at the causative factors of the health problem(s). Adele will then treat the main health problems with appropriate Ayurvedic dietary recommendations, herbal remedies (where necessary) to help diminish, or in many cases, eradicate the disease.
